Shipping and Payment Terms

Shipping

Shipping is available within Germany and to selected member states of the European Union.

Delivery is handled by DHL.

The respective shipping costs will be displayed separately during the order process.

Delivery time is generally 3 to 10 business days. For customized products or products manufactured on demand (e.g., print-on-demand), the delivery time may be extended.

Should a product be temporarily unavailable, customers will be informed.

Payment processing is handled by the payment service providers offered during the order process.

Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Nicole Pia Hochwald until full payment has been received.
