All goods from our shop are subject to the statutory warranty rights.

If the delivered goods are defective, you are entitled to the statutory warranty rights. Within the framework of the statutory provisions, you can first demand subsequent performance (rectification or replacement delivery). If the statutory requirements are met, you are also entitled to further rights such as a reduction in the purchase price, withdrawal from the contract or damages.

In the event of a defect, please contact our customer service before returning the item. If the warranty claim is justified, we will cover the necessary costs of returning the item.

Your statutory rights are not restricted by this provision.
